My husband cleverly made my daughters sign to sell the plot i had registered in their name. Not only that, but also taking some rent amount without bothering about my basic needs. He ended up having an illegal affair. He is a priest and keeps saying that the whole lot of congregational members would support only him Actually I am deserted and looking for chance to file divorce for I have no contact from Jan 2009 and wish to be separated for ever with some recovery of my hard earned money to serve as alimony. very difficult, for he has drinking habit too. Please do help

you can begin by asking for maintenance from him as for the property illegaly sold by him consult a lawyer with all the documents.
