My husband has created such scene after babygirl born on 03/08/2017 in Noida of quarreling and left house on 06/08/2017 .l m on maternity leave at my parents home Bareilly u.p.now he has file casein section 13 , 26, 151, on February 2018.can he give me divorce because for the sake of babygirl ldonot want this.
