Legal Question in Family Law in India

Me and my husband filed for mutual divorce and court has given us the six month time. I have received half of alimony amount now I want to withdraw the case by returning the amount I have received from him. Kindly advise can I do the same in court if my husband is not agree to withdraw the case.

1) Yes. MCD is not binding on either spouse.

2) Consult the lawyer appearing on ur behalf who can explain better in detail based on
