Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband has send RTI to my office address to know my salary details. My salary is 5k as i am fresher. But the problem is my Boss had made a Upwork profile for me for business purpose, and there my hourly rate is $15 as a freelancer (web developer). So how can i get relief from it?
Note: As i filed maintenance case against him, he give me Rs.3500 per month for me and my 4 yrs old baby.

Madam in this case your employer can deny to give the information to your husband as it relates to your personal details and information, further your employer can only give information if a summons or notice is issued to produce the salary details, further even if your income is proved if the income which you earn is in sufficient then court will order maintenance to you, further your daughter will definitely be granted maintenance.
1) If ur company is private, then does not fall within the purview of RTI.
2) If the court orders, then ur office may hv to provide.
3) U can contest on his arguments on the maintenance, stating that the wife has to be provided what all comforts she was given at his matrimonial as well parental home before.
