Legal Question in Family Law in United Arab Emirates
I live in Dubai and I have a son 13 year old the that guy also lving here but he ia from Bangladash I applied khula in May 15th 2013 they sent samun to him 7 times and Pakistan embassy as well but still I didnt get khula coz court said they need reply from Pakistani embassy .they keep giving me again n agai dates now they gave me 18th Feb 2014 . Why they need reply from embassy I didnt get that ? Why it takes so long ? Why I have been waiting for ? As I read in you blog that it will take place within a month then what I am still waiting for ? I am the one who paying all expenses of my son and mine . I payed 85, 000 rupes to my lawyer but still u can see that I am waiting . Plz plz take me out from this situation . I am very upset and unhappy from Pakistan law or Pakistan . Which is not good.
