Can i live separate without giving divorce to my husband. Can he take any legal action against me for living separately ?

Yes you can live separately. You husband can file for restitution of conjugal rights.

you can live seperately. If your husband wants to live with you. He may move the concerned civil court/family court by filing a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. There is no chance for criminal legal action or action for damages.
