i am living separated from my wife past 2 years. She left the house along with 2 children living with her parwnts are financially strong .She also working . She doesnt want to cum back and not to give divorce.What should i do should i go for child custody and divorce. my marraige lasted foe 12 years

dear client it is hard to get divorce for men in India. so first file case for restitution of conjugal rights in court and ask wife come back to matrimonial house. if she will not come after court order then u can file divorce and will get easily. then u can also file child custody petition. for detail discussion call me
