Legal Question in Family Law in India
I was in love with a girl since 4 years. But due to fear of Family, which is against Inter Caste marriage, I had not told them and hence I had not promised the girl that I will marry her. She also didnt have any problem. I had to marry another girl of my parents choice. Now, I feel I have cheated a my first love and cant see her in depression as she is trying to commit suicide. I want to live with her as well and save her life so that we can be happy. Can i marry her? If its a crime, saving a girl is a crime?

your act was cowardly when you went for marriage and deceived your love. another cowardly act would be to leave your legally wedded wife. your wife is innocent as she did not know anything but your lover knew you getting married. you should concentrate on your wife and your lover should find another man for settling down in life.
