Yes, your relationship is not hit by spinda relationship or prohibited degree. You both can marry each other in law.
Please make me understand again:
the common relationship is: your mother's mother's mother - which means four degrees away from you.
Your girl friend's mother's mother's mother is same as yours. right?
If that be so, you are legally allowed to marry.
