I married to a girl one year back in a temple in presence of my family.girl did not inform her family about her marriage due she was perusing her MSc & we are intercaste.she told me that when she got job she will inform her family.The girl taken about more than 1 Lakh amount for giving her educational loan. One week before she told me that her father asking for marriage photo(she asked these thing call as well as msg,i having the msg) and also taken all photo and copy of master CD.and after one week she told me that her parents not accepting our marriage Now when the family member know about Our marriage.they blackmailing me that they will file a rape case against me when i will go and take the help of Law.
Can I file a fraud defamation & case on Girl and her Family.
