I was married in mumbai , have one minor son , want a divorce. husband has not contributed fiancially to any thing since marriage till date. had had odd jobs , currently he is jobless. i am working and I own an apartment , only asset. Can my husband claim for a share of this apartment?

Your query is bereft of the necessary information. You have not mentioned as to where you are presently based and as to where the property is located and further as to with whose money the property was purchased. If the money for purchasing the property was contributed only by you, subject to your having documentary evidence for the same, your husband cannot stake claim over that property, if it is registered only in your individual name.
