I got married on 30 nov 2014.before one month of marriage my mother in law took my fathers bank account number and she has deposited 3.5 lacs of money without any demand.my wife is living with her mother since last 6 month.when she was living with us she always throw gwellery any where in my house so my mother told her to keep all gewellery in almirah.she also told we do not wear mangalsutra and gewellery daily and u r going to mothers house so keep all gewellery here.my wife and mother in law have a phonic conversion of this matter.my mother accepted it that she said my wife to keep all belongings alongwith mangalsutrs.actually my wife had a plan to sale all the jewellery for money for fulfiling her mothers demand.all gewellery is availability at my mothers almirah.we are ready to return all her belongings alongwith mangalsutra and jewellery.now my in law is planning to laung an FIR under section 498a and 406 of IPC.they need 40 lacs.my wife has threatened me on Facebook for police case and demanded returning of 4 lacs and 40 lacs more.my parents have a own house costs 80 lacs.this is my fathers property not paternal property. She also wrote me NAMARD on facebook and also wrote she has a medical report also regarding inportency. Actually she has no report regarding inportancy.for thretening me she wrote .I am totally physically feet and can do sex 3-4 time daily.we have never demanded any thing.she has no evidence for any demands. She needs divorce at any cost and demands 40 lacs.she has phone recording of conversesion with my mothers regarding stridhan only.we are ready to return her all belongings alongwith her mangalsutra and jewellery. Our intension is good.we have never demand of dowry or anything.now they are threatening us.i think it was a planned incident.what should i do?i described all the things.only this is matter.plz help me.my parents is 65 year old.we dont want any police case.are we safe?
