Meri Family par (father, mother, Mere chote bhai, uski wife and mere or meri wife) ke uper Mere Chote Bhai ki wife ne 498a, 323, 504,506,511,307 or mere father par 376 ka case U.P. me aug-15 me Dala hai jisme usne 14 Lakh ki demand ki hai. Or ab Garelu Hinsa act me bhi ek case alag se file kar diya hai jisme usne 20 lakh ki demand or 16000 monthly copensation maga hai. Hum log bhaut garib hain or itna sab kuch nahi de sakte. Please kuch acha suggestion dijiye. Garelu Hinsa me kya hota hai please batiye.

Dear client agar usne sab zuthe case file kiye hai toh court mai kuch bhi sabit nahi hoga.

if they have no evidence against you and you may file petition for quashing
