My mother in law wants us to get separate now she is finally succeed in it now my husband wanted divorce me he left me and not ready to take me to his house. Now he sent divorce notice to me. Need advice what should be next step.

Dear MAdam ............

You need to immediately file 498a and DV case against him along with maintenance.........

and need to contest the divorce case.............
