Legal Question in Family Law in India

Plz help me out to bring my money from my first husband which we had given them on dahej at marriage. After my marriage, one day i found that my first husband already a married person and he have a baby with his first wife and when i said to leave her, he said he will not. 2months i insist him to leave her or me but he was always saying that i will keep two wife and he don't wanted to leave anyone. So oneday i run from my first husband house and started to stay another place but in that time i was pregnant. After my baby born i married again with another person without divorce. And also would like to say that when i rushed from my 1st husband they didn't done any police f.i.r. So now my baby is 1year 8month old. Can i take my money or some property with my 1st husband.?

your marriage is a void marriage but your child by this person will have right for maintainance and right in the property of his father.for further opinion more facts are needed. contact at 9312411481

dear client u can file case of bigamy against him for his second marriage. if case prove he will get punishment up to seven years jail and because of that fear he will return yr dahej. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
