Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am in realtionship with a south indian girl. Her mother and brother came to know about it and made resign the job. We work in the same company. Her mother has threatend her saying that she will kill the girl as well end her life if she speaks about this to other people. Brother has told that I am a North Indian and I cannot be trusted. They have stopped any kins of contact to her from the outside world and have taken her to kerala. Last time the girl met me she gave me message that her brother has found out about us Help me. She also has told that she wants to be with me. But since no contact has been done, I really don't know how is she. Last time her friend called her and all I she could hear was her crying and some man screaming. Please advice me what to do. how can i make them sit and talk to me and make them understand that i can be trusted and i am ready to marry their daughter.

in case the girl wants, she can be with you. she has to take an initiative and call for police help. in case you file a petition in the court and the parents threaten the girl and she gives a statement against you in the court, you might be in trouble. better talk to her to take the call.
