Respected Sir,
I got divorce 2 years back and i am a single mother woman but my 5 years old girl's custody case is still pending. Sir i leave my job because of further study. In this case can I loose my child custody?

i dont think so. is the child getting maintenance from the father. you will need to explain to the court how you will sustain yourself in that period. for further query contact 9312411481.

The child custody is granted on the welfare of the child in case u are taking good care of child even if you are studying, the custody may remain with you.
