Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Sir,

I am going through a very hard phase of my life as i am fighting a divorce case. I had filed the divorce case in March, 2011 on the ground of cruelty but more than two years passed and the case is still on defendant evidence stage.I am 26 years old now and want to remarry to settle my life. But there is no hope for justice at right time. I had enough evidence to prove myself Innocent but court is taking too long to give me justice.

Please tell me what can I do for justice. Moreover, i had not demanded any litigation expences etc. from my husband. I just want to leave him and start my life afresh.

Can I file any PIL to save my life and life of many others girls and boys whose partners are torturing them by saying that the long legal bettle will ruin their life.

You may file a case in the High Court for appropriate directions to trial courts for expediting decision of matrimonial disputes. For a PIL, it will be better if some NGO or women's organisation come forward.
