Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, i m married with a women we don't have child we got seperated for 4 years and after 4 years she claimed for maintenance. i had given everything watever i hav at that time my business and also maintenance of Rs 3000 PER MONTH i m giving to her but again she is applying for increasing value of maintenance is this legal? kindly sugest me.
