Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir,
I have been married almost 8 years and blessed 2 daughters. My mother in law completely involving in my family since the day start. my wife is fighting always when I look after my father an sisters. 2 years back once small instance (I purchased cloths to my sisters worth 4000) she quarrel on me and left out from my home with kids.
I and my wife build 1 house worth (60 lakhs). she occupied my house and filed a case against me 498a, Domestic violence, maintenance and she filed injection order on other properties which were built by own money. she also attacking with roudys wherever I usually go and blaming, insulting me and giving petition to their respective police station.
she has lot of influence and sending few people wherever I go and trying to assassinating me.
someone suggested her if I die all the property goes to her name because of that she and her mother and sisters are doing.
she is sending court notices to my office and she is planning to blame at office.
the polices are not taking my complaints and they are supporting her. In women�s police station and other legal places, she simply crying and the everyone giving sympathy to her. They are not hearing my words saying that how can she will make nuisance against being a government employee.
Few people said she has illegal connection with her brother in law (sister brother) and intestinally making problems for the sake of my properties.
I have given maximum support to her career but she is taking revenge and demolishing my career.
I mentally depressed and what should I do? she filed cases against on family around 8 members. I have emergency works in office and I am unable to attend courts due to my survival. my job is required for me. what should I do...?
I am missing my kids, my property, my cash, gold. everything stolen and given false cases on me. I went 3 days in prison because of false complaint.
please suggest me what should I do? whom I need to meet? who will help me?
one thing last I arranged one lawyer, I don't know why he is doing favor of her. he is giving wrong guidelines for benefit of her.

In this case file case for divorce on ground of cruelty, further file complaint in court if the police are not registering your complaint, further in divorce petition ask for custody of child, further file an interim application and submit to the court that you want to meet your children and the court will grant visiting rights at least to meet your children, further whatever cases she might have filed just give full details to your advocate whom you want to engage, and proceed legally.
