During pendency of His Divorce Petition husband�s parents given matrimonial Advertisement by online and offline in Bhumihar matrimonial.com, showing my husband as � DIVORCEE�. They have given their full address, phone nos. and details of work place of my husband. Now his Divorce petition has been dismissed by the Family court and he has filed First Appeal in high Court. In rejoinder husband said he has not given any matrimonial and it is fabricated by opposite party. Thus it can be said that by showing a married man as a divorce the above matrimonial add was published.

Q1- Can I file a case against parents and Bhumihar matrimonial against above Illegal publication?

Q-2-What Section will apply?

firstly verify the add , who has given this add, if the said add is given by them then it covers under cruelty
