Sir my sister married a man 4 years back. 4 months back her friend ( male) asked some money. She said that ,today no one will be in my house ( including her) , me and my husband will go to temple so you come and take 10000 from our home but that guy robbed nearly 6 lacks. After 4 days both caught and sentenced to jail.after 10 days she came out on bail. Now her husband family left her saying we don't want this girl. Kindly suggest the way to us

dear client file complaint against them with women cell of police. also yr sister can file case for restitution of conjugal rights to resume matrimony back. for any legal help call me

Better to approach the husband family and settle the matter amicably. Legally they will produce the FIR and other proofs wherever you go.
if not settled then you may file case for Restitution of conjugal rights.
