I am from Hyderabad, looking for your advice for my problem.

My wife left the house with kid without telling me, now she is with her parents.

Please advice me, what the legal actions should i take?

Kindly advice so that i can start the legal process..

do you want your family back? if yes file a petition for restitution of conjugal right. if no then i wioll need more facts to advice you on further course of action.
