i am thankful to law guru for helping me in getting my divorce.now i am single working lady in a PSU and want to ADOPT A BABY GIRL .i want to adopt daughter of a known poor family from chattisgarh.i work at bhilai steel plant but currently posted at kolkata. what are the legal procedures so that the child becomes my legal heir and her future is secured and also i can nominate her as my nominee for everything from property,cpf,gratuity etc.she also enjoys education & medical facilities extended by my company to the children. pl help.
with reference to my above question i have received answers that are helpful.i am 42 yrs old & since i am adopting as a single mother do i have to follow any special rules & regulations like registering single parentship or seeking permission from court for adopting as a single mother.can i register the deed anywhere in india other than chattisgarh. pl help.
