MY WIFE HAD GONE TO HER PARRENTS HOUSE LAST YEAR IN MAY NOW 1 YR HAD PASSED SHE IS NOT COMMING BACK I TRIED MY BEST TO CONVINCE HER BUT SHE IS NOT READY AT ALL. I WANT TO KNOW IF I FILE RCR IN COURT AND IF SHE FILE WRONG CASES ON ME LIKE DV OR ANY ELSE TAkiNG ADVANTAGE OF LAWS AS SHE IS COMPLETELY UNDER HER PARRENTS INFLUENCE NOW THAN I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I PROTECT MY SELF FROM THIS FALSE CASES

well, you certainly cannot stop her from filing any case, be it may DV or IPC. but you certainly would dilute her attack if you already had filed RCR showing clearly the efforts made by you to bring her back. That would demonstrate that she left home without any rhyme or reason and therefore not entitle to any compensation under DV. It would become difficult for her to prove any DV once you have initiated RCR.
if she is not coming back, then sent her legal notice to join your society if she refused & never join ur society then file divorce application.
