sir/madam ,
husband filed divorce case . cross examination started of pw1-1 (husband). filed petition from wrong address Delhi and the same was shown as matrimonial home in evidence. During cross examination he changed his statement and stated that after marriage his matrimonial home is his parental home which is in Ghaziabad UP which is true. address proof given during filing of case is none of these address.
Q1-- Is the above is sufficient to prove him faulter ?
Q2--Cross examination paper of pw1-1 (husband) is not given to me by court and said will be given after completion on next hearing. Is it correct ?
Q3-- If some statements are found changed in cross examination paper , I should receive it Or Not ?

this cannot be considered a ground for perjury and does not impact the proceedings.
for all paper which is on record you can apply for a certified copy of them including witness statements.
