Sir.
My name is narayan.i had married in april 2011.after a one year..i have filed a case in court for divorse..but still not get the divorse.now i want to re marry with another girl by court marriage without a permission of my family or my ex wife..what should i do..???

Dear client if u remarry without court divorce then u will prosecute for offence of bigamy and will put behind bar for five years. So take divorce from court first. For detail discussion call me

If u are Hindu, then firstly take divorce then go for re marriage.
