Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a student 18, needs emotional support as my family is quite mean, rude towards me.I got no good friends and relatives i know of.

Will contacting Lifeline Foundation, Kolkata work ? Any idea about the organizations affiliated under 'befrienders worldwide' how good are those ? Does counselling and service offered by them are effective ?
