Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife filed 498a and DV 2005 against me on false charges. I have some witneses present when she left house with all the stuff of my house in the tampo truck yet she stated that she was kicked out bare hand. Can I ask witnesses to do the affidavit before they say no for coming to court and be the witnesses. Would these affidavits be helpful in high court for quashing?

If these affidavits are a part of police report filed u/s 173 Cr P.C, you may draw support for quashing petition.
