My wife has filed case against me on 313 IPC. The abortion took place one year back. With complaint she attached the ultrasound image and hospital discharge summary. But the abortion took place with her consent after 8 week pregnancy and done by reputed gynecologist in reputed hospital. so we need to know where we stand in legal matter and what are chances for anticipatory bail?

You will get A.Bail but from High Court coz 80% lower courts didn't give concession of bail in such matters.
