Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife walked away from me with my 20 months old daughter without my consent and not knowing when she will return. I am in PUne and she is in Nagpur. Its not possible for me to meet my daughter and my wife stopped video calling for me. Pl. advice how to bring my daughter back at least for some time with me.

you may file a petition for custody and in that seek visitation rights to meet your daughter. But this petition can be filed in Nagpur where the child is staying.
