I work in the gulf. I got married last year. my wife js mentally u sound and I am anble continue our marital relationship. The place of our marriage is recently included in chennai but doesn't yet come under madras high court. Please advice me if I can file my case in madras high court since I work abroad. Thank you.

if you go for annulment of marriage it will be in the family court or the district court. how can a divorce petition be filed in chennai highcourt. for further query contact 9312411481.
