y wife sister married.he had taken 6 lakhs dowry,and asked extra money.his husband taken heart opertation before marriage.he did not tell.he had not suitable for sex.what should we do.we are approach lawyer.she had married may 2013.The Si had not taken case.our lauyer tells.and oppostion lauyer tells go to his husbad house.Our family had not interested go to his house.how to put case sheet

Sir , in this type of cases where there is fraud played and disclosure of such facts is very much necessary prior to marriage and hence a case can be filled that the said marriage be declared as Null and void , but the said case can be filed within one year from the date of knowledge of fraud etc.
