Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Dear sirs, final Decree was made in a suit for partition and came for execution to TILR. We are judgement debtor. we had not made darkhast to include us at the time of partition and to get our share separate. Now we want to include ourselves in the execution process which is to be followed by TILR. What should we do?
