Legal Question in Immigration Law in Guatemala
Im single mother and i have a two years old daugther that is citizen cuz i had her on Los Angeles whyle i went there like a tourist with a tourist visa, my question is if i travel with her to the usa as a tourist am i going to have any kind of trouble because i had her there? can i travel with her any time i want?
