How can I know if my spouse filled divorce even though we were not married in the states but she filled the divorce in New York

Assuming you've lost contact with your ex and can't just ask her... If you know in what county she filed the divorce, you can go to the county clerk's office to get a copy of the decree. If you don't know in which county it was filed, you can order a certificate from the state health department.
