Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir, I was employed in a pharma company. I got releaving letter from the company. They are not paying me my full and final amount. I want to take a legal action the company. What should i do? Should i go to labour court or consumer court or any other legal action.

you may approach the labour court if you were not working in a supervisory capacity. otherwise you need to approach the civil court.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should inform the Company in writing that in case they fail to release your full and final settlement, you will be left with no other alternative, but to lodge a Police complaint against the HR Head and MD of the Company.
