Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi I am an employee in a BPO.for promotion for the next level,we have to clear some assessment centers. few days ago, we had these assessment centers and I also appaired in this. when result came out my name was not there since I had already given my best. I assumed that there was some partiality in this result so I sent a resignation mail to my supervisior.After some discussion with my supervisior, I withdrawed my resignation back but on the next day, i got a mail from our exit department that my exit has been logged and I have to fulfill all mandatory formalities to exit but I already withdrawed my resignation.
Could you please let me know how I can fight legally from them?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have already mailed your resignation, it is left to the discretion of the Management whether to accept or reject your resignation letter. You may try mailing an apology letter to your immediate boss copied to the Head - HR to reconsider that you are keen to be loyal and serve the organization with more dedication and vigour and see how they respond - the trick here is to minimize your notice period if the Management acts adamant, so that you immediately fetch another job and be back on track at the earliest.
