Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Whether one eyed person can be given employment. If so, under what provision. As a matter of fact the disability clause u/s - 2 (i) of PWD Act' 1995 while "disablity" does not contain the word one eyed man.

YES. A one-eyed person should be given employment since he / she is not considered to be visually impaired.
