Me and My family is living in khanna pun jab (india) from last 35 years.my father was working in a company foo grom last 25 years.
he has to go to differnt places to collect money and other documents because it is steel company.he often go to ranchi,orrisa and asam,nepal.this year on 22 april he went orrisa for office work.he was not feeling well there,but the employer doesnot allow him to came back.On 6 may he found dead in the hotel room....now we are two sisters and a brother.we are still studying .my mother is also not much educated to maintain our house.do the employer have to compensate us because my father had gone their for his work .please give suggestion what should we do now

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the employer is liable to compensate your family since your father passed away while on duty. All his dues including salary, Provident Fund, Gratuity and Family Pension (as applicable) must be paid and settled by the Company to your mother. You may also request the Company to grant a job to your mother in the Company on compassionate grounds.

1) Yes. U r entitled for all benefits for having ur father died in harness.
2) Also employment in ur family has to be provided.
3) If the company fails then approach local ALC (if applicable)
