Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I recently got a contract job in NHIDCL ( subsidiary of MORT&H). They have given the manpower contract to T&M Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. which recommended my CV to NHIDCL. After joining NHIDCL, I got offer letter from T&M on 22/12/2015 which says i have to work on holidays/weekends in casee of exigencies and no extra payment will be made for this.
Should I accept this or not? I am finding it very difficult to work everyday and every weekend as there are always some urgent work to be done on sundays. I was thinking to visit my home town on 24-27 dec,2015 but now i came to know that we have work to do. I feel like bonded labor here. what should i do as i have just joined the company.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am trying to make sense of your query, especially expanding the abbreviations therein - National Heavy Industries Development Corporation Limited - NHIDCL (subsidiary of MORTAR & HEALTHY) for whom you received the Offer Letter from Turner & Morrison (T&M) Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
If you are presently idle, you should accept this job. Keep aside all your assumptions and presumptions. Be clear on the work that has been assigned to you and ensure that you complete it before the end of the day. If you are not currently idle, request the T&MSCPL; management to permit you to join the Company after your return from your hometown visit and fix up your date of joining the Company.
Regards,
