Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I want to resign from a political party in India because i am joining government services.
Is sending resignation letter is enough or should they accept it to complete my resignation so that i can joint government service

Dear Sir / Madam,
Simply email or send your resignation letter addressed for the attention of the Party President and the Party Secretary of the political party. It is immaterial whether they formally accept your resignation.
