after resignation, an employee is relieved before completion of notice period by paying for balance notice period. Is the employee entitled for leave encashment of balance notice period leave days?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, the employee is entitled for leave encashment of the balance notice period paid off by the Company, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the Offer / Appointment Letter.
