Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am retired from a Nationalised Bank under Special Voluntary Retirement scheme in Jan.2001. I have completed 19 yrs 7 months and 5 days service. I have not got 5 yrs notional benefit. For my pension service considered as 20 yrs instead of 25 yrs. I assume it should be 25 yrs as broken period is 6 months and above. Already some 5-6 cases are in favour of retirees But bank has not responded my request Please guide

Please file an RTI (Right to Information) application with the Head Office of your Bank seeking clarification in the matter.
