Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,

I worked one of the company call Premier Veg Oil Consultants Pvt for one month.I left the company due to manager behavior was (arrogant and short temper) make me disturb.So I cannot want to continue my job due to this reason.I mail my resign to Premier Veg Oil Consultants Pvt after completed one month. In the contract letter there is some 15 day notice period liue I have to serve.so I cannot serve that notice period.Now they want money back for 15 day....!as I have stated 9 may to 31 may 2016(near about 23 days). I worked there and they have paid for that.I cannot carry any think (like laptop) from company.

Now they randomly mail me for WITHOUT PREDUJICE TO OUR LEGAL RIGHTS.Every alternative day they mail me asking for money.As I am jobless.I have family to take care.

Please help,your suggestion is appreciated.If you need any thing form my end please let us know.

1) Discuss with the company and try to settle amicably.

2) Since as per the agreement, u hv to give 15 days notie or salary in lieu thereof,

if the company insists, u hv to pay.

Dear Rana,

It is mandatory to serve the agreed notice period or pay notice pay salary to the Company in lieu thereof. You should ask the Company to recover and adjust the notice period salary amount (basic pay only) from your full and final settlement dues from the Company.
