Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have submitted my original 10th marksheet at an agreement of 1.6 yrs now I don't like that job so I want to resign but the company said that if we resign the job before the agreement time we should pay an amount of 3 months CTC that is 27k. Now what should I do

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company is not legally entitled to retain any of your original certificates and testimonials. A performance or service bond of any form or nature or on any pretext is illegal and a criminal offence. You should serve the notice period as mentioned in your Appointment letter and request the Company to pay your full and final settlement dues along with the return of your original documents.
