Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I work in a government organisation.I was on sick leave for 3 months. The leave was duly sanctioned by competent authority. Now i want to resign from the job. I have also got my fitness certificate.My immediate superior is not accepting my joining cum resignation letter. what to do . please guide me.
