Hello Gurus
My grand father are three brothers(including him).My grand grand father had 20 acre land on his name and it was divided equally 10 acre to my grand farther and his 2 brothers after his death, but still land is on the name of my grand grand father. The younger brother of my grand father has three daughters and he and his wife passed away.
Now question:- three daughters who are my aunt are claiming that they should get 10 acre land. Still the whole 20 acre land is on the name of my grand grand father.
Are my aunts eligible to get the 10 acre land.
