My mother is the owner of my home and she signed the doc to seller without telling me and she too have eye problem and my father is lamen. The Buyer told me to sign while registration but without my knowledge he got sign from my parent

If your mother is owner then she does not require your consent for executing sale deed or for selling the property. If you have suspicion then challenge the same in court. Siddharth 9811776422
