Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir,
we have been declared as a secured kul following implementation of kul kayda way back. We have been since then living in a house that was built on this kul land. But the current state of our house is too bad to live. I would like to know if there is any way we can built a proper and permanent house for us on kul land.
